What happens if I need to cancel our session?

Please notify us at least 60 minutes in advance if you need to cancel a session. We understand that emergencies can arise, but timely communication helps us adjust our and continue serving other families effectively. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Please note: After three consecutive cancellations, we are required to report this to your Service Coordinator, as consistent attendance is crucial to your child's progress. This may result in the loss of services to your child.

How can I prepare for my child's session?

To ensure the best experience for your child, we kindly ask that you provide a clean, and safe space for our therapist to work. A tidy and distraction-free environment helps your child stay focused and get the most out of each session. Thank you for your cooperation in creating a positive atmosphere for their growth.

While you are providing therapy for my child, can I take care of things around the house, whether that's making dinner, tidying up or simply taking a moment to relax?

We encourage you to be present and engaged during our sessions whenever possible. Your participation not only helps you grasp the strategies we're implementing but also fosters continued progress in our absence. Your involvement truly makes a significant difference!
